How can therapy help?

Therapy sessions can help in different ways: from identifying and examining the relationship between our thoughts, emotions and behaviours, supporting you in developing new ways of coping, to managing emotions and developing compassion towards yourself. Therapy can help you to explore what is happening in a safe and confidential environment. As part of your therapy sessions, your therapist will also focus on how to manage any difficult situations in the future.

Which therapy is best for me?

This is something that both you and your therapist will discuss in your sessions. They will find out more about you, your current difficulties and your goals for therapy. Together, you will plan your therapy journey.
