Our qualified therapists work with adults, and older adults.

We help you with:

Job Loss or Change

Long-term conditions

Traumatic events

Trouble sleeping

People who look for therapy often report feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, and low in mood.

When we don’t feel quite like ourselves it can make us feel distressed and stops us from doing the things we would usually be doing in our lives. We might find that we aren’t seeing others as often, having difficulties sleeping or finding that we can’t stop thinking about something that has or hasn’t happened.

Therapy sessions provide a helpful talking space to identify any difficult thoughts, emotions and behaviours you are doing, to support you in processing what has happened and helping you move forwards in your life.

We can help.
