We offer flexible appointments, remotely and in-person

We currently offer video and face-to-face appointments to all our patients in a flexible manner. This means you can work around your daily life and access therapy sessions in a space that feels comfortable to you.

We know it’s really important to make sure you get the right support. That’s why we offer a free 20-minute consultation with one of our therapists to talk through your main difficulties and identify what support would be most helpful to you.

Working with patients and insurers

We are able to accept direct payments (self-funded) and have arrangements with insurance companies too.
